Co-operation between Central Authorities

 

The Central Authorities assist in relation to the above named applications. A Central Authority transmits the application to the Central Authority in the relevant other State (requested State), after having assisted the applicant in ensuring that the application is accompanied by the necessary information and documents, see Articles 51(1) a), 58(1) and (2) of the Maintenance Regulation (Articles 6(1) a), 2(1) and (2) of the 2007 Hague Convention – see also the “transmittal form” in Annex I of the Convention).
