Scope of application
Maximum € 2000:
The value of the claims, excluding interest, expenses and disbursements, should not exceed € 2000 at the time when the claim form is received by the court with jurisdiction. If the counterclaim exceeds € 2000, the claim and counterclaim shall not proceed in the ESCP (Article 5, para. 7).
