Commencement ESCP
The ESCP is commenced by filling in claim form (Form A) and lodging it with the court or tribunal having jurisdiction (Article 4 ESCP). The form includes inter alia relevant information on the parties and the claim as well as a description of the evidence, and is only to be accompanied by supporting documents where appropriate.
