Unit 1: Overview
The European Small Claims Procedure (ESCP) provides a uniform, simple and fast procedure for the cross-border recovery of claims with a value up to € 2000. This can for example concern a dispute on consumer goods purchased in another Member State, or flight tickets bought online from an airline situated in another Member State.
The first unit of the e-learning course will guide you through the main rules of this Regulation.
