Scope of application
The ESCP is an adversarial procedure, available as an alternative to national procedures in the Member State of conduct. It is available in civil and commercial matters, whatever the nature of the court or tribunal, in cross-border cases where the value of the claim does not exceed € 2000 (Article 2 ESCP).
