Recreational craft
Directive 94/25/EC 
on recreational craft fixed limit values for new recreational craft at levels between 67 dB(A) and 75 dB(A).
Directive 94/25/EC did not provide for provisions concerning the use of such recreational craft. However, limitations for Member States providing for such restrictions follow from general requirements on the free circulation of goods within EU (case C-142/05, Mickelsson and Roos; case C-433/05, Sandström).
