The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Criminal Justice Programme 2014-2020.

Accommodation €0 Accommodation for 2 nights will be covered by ERA
Catering €0 Coffee breaks and lunches are included. ERA invites all participants to a joint dinner

 

Travel and accommodation*
Accommodation for 2 nights is reimbursed by ERA up to €135 per night for the Madrid seminar, up to €130 for the Vienna seminar, up to €150 per night for the seminar in Utrecht and up to €100 per night for the seminar in Trier.

Travel costs will be reimbursed by ERA upon receipt of the original invoices and boarding passes up to €300.

Participants are asked to book their own travel and hotel accommodation.

Please note that these rules do not apply to representatives of EU Institutions and Agencies and all residents of non-EU states, as well as non-eligible EU Member States (the UK and Denmark do not participate in the Justice Programme 2014-2020), who should cover their own travel and accommodation.
