Sevilla Process
The second image concerns the BAT information exchange. The process is also called “Sevilla Process”. In the middle of the image is pictured a conference hall. At the conference table there are experts from industry, from member states, from the IPPC bureau and from NGOs. They are discussing guidance documents, in especially the installation level data, such as techniques, emissions and others. From the exchange of information between the experts results the BREF with BAT conclusions.
