EU Litigation for Lawyers
Training seminars for legal practitioners
About the project
True access to justice at European Union level is only possible if citizens and companies are represented by lawyers who are competent and effective in their submissions to the Court of Justice of the European Union.
This project, co-financed by the European Commission, consists of five seminars taking place in Trier and Luxembourg. The project aims at increasing the level of lawyers’ knowledge of the proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Each session will group participants from the partner institutions, which are Bar Associations and Law Schools from six different Member States. The programme will include a visit to the Court of Justice of the European Union and the attendance to a hearing.
The series represent a great opportunity for legal practitioners. They will be able to improve their knowledge about the judicial remedies available under European Union law, discussing with experts from across Europe the most relevant practical issues. It will allow them to be part of a European network of legal professionals with an interest in the field of litigation of European Union law.
