Activities Subject to Environmental Impact Assessment

The aim of this presentation is to give an overview of the concept of “project” in the framework of the EIA Directive with special focus on the definition of “project”, the interpretation of this concept by the CJEU and the renewal of authorisation. In addition to this, particular emphasis is placed on the screening information and criteria according to the EIA Directive provisions and the relevant CJEU case law.
