Access to Justice in Environmental Law – National Cases

The e-presentation introduces access to justice at national level by analysing the concept of administrative justice through subjective public rights and locus standi. The presentation covers four national cases: on confinement of individual remedies (France, Conseil d’Etat No 386121), on the “administrative loop” (Belgium, case No 103/2015 of 16 July 2015), on the government’s ineffective plans to cut illegal levels of air pollution (UK, Court judgement of 29 April 2015) and on the conceptualisation of administrative justice when it comes to procedural errors (Germany, no 8 A 959/10 of 24 June 2015).
