Accommodation €0 Accommodation for 2 nights will be covered by ERA
Catering €0 Coffee breaks and lunches are included. ERA invites all participants to a joint dinner

 

Travel and accommodation*
Accommodation for 2 nights is reimbursed by ERA up to €125 per night for the two Strasbourg seminars, up to €150 per night for the seminars in Madrid, up to €100 for the Bucharest seminar and up to €95 per night for the seminar in Trier.

Travel costs are not reimbursed by ERA and participants are asked to book their own travel.

Please note that these rules do not apply to representatives of EU Institutions and Agencies and all residents of non-EU states, as well as non-eligible EU Member States (the UK and Denmark do not participate in the Justice Programme 2014-2020), who should cover their own accommodation.
