Accommodation €0 Accommodation for 2 nights will be covered by ERA
Catering €0 Coffee breaks and lunches are included. ERA invites all participants to a joint dinner

 

Travel and accommodation*
Accommodation for 2 nights is reimbursed by ERA up to €130 per night for the Thessaloniki and Vienna seminars, up to €110 per night for the seminar in Lisbon and up to €95 per night for the seminar in Trier.

Travel costs will be reimbursed by ERA upon receipt of the original invoices and boarding passes up to €400.

Participants are asked to book their own travel and hotel accommodation.

Please note that these rules do not apply to representatives of EU Institutions and Agencies and all residents of non-EU states, who should cover their own travel and accommodation.
