This presentation focuses on the existing CJEU case law dealing with discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation (Römer and Hay) as well as race (/Feryn, ACCEPT and CHEZ); and also looks into the recent ECtHR jurisprudence on religion discrimination (Eweida, Chaplin, Ladele and McFarlane).
